Recently fixed KitchenAid mixer (full service: grease, gear, gasket)

Had a KitchenAid mixer come in leaking oil and making noise under load. Opened it up—old grease was completely broken down and separated, which is a common issue on these units over time.

Did a full clean-out of the gearbox, replaced the worn gear and gasket, then packed it with fresh food-grade grease and reassembled everything. This kind of service is key since the internal grease degrades with age and use.

After re-greasing and putting it back together—runs smooth again, no leaks, no grinding.

These mixers are built to be repaired, not replaced.
